To avoid disappointment, we always advise you to book in advance. This can easily be done online via our webshop.

Our online payments go through an external company, so we cannot refund any money. However, we can provide one of the following options;

• Up to 1 week prior to the reservation, we can issue a voucher for the amount paid online.
• We can move the reservation to another date and/or time free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation.

We ask to be present 30 minutes before the start of the activity, to prevent any delayes. Prior to the activities, instructions must still be given, things must be stored and any material must be sorted out.

In addition to cash, you can pay with almost all debit cards on location. We also accept Visa, Mastercard en American Express. In our webshop we offer the following options:

Powerarea has a private parking area where you can park for free.

At Powerarea you can rent a locker for € 1 (deposit € 5) per locker. The keys are available at the bar. After use, you can return the key here and you will receive the deposit back. The use of a safe is entirely at your own risk.

No, unfortunately you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks (except birthday cake). Various drinks and dishes are available in our bar area. Check here for more information.

Yes, we offer free WiFi for our guests.

In our paintball area a changing room is available for participants of the paintball game. There are no showers.

The minimum age is 6 years and a minimum height of 1.20 meters. If necessary, we can ask for identification.

Yes, parents/supervisors may ride along in a family session. At Powerarea, we offer 2 family sessions.

• Family session kids for children aged 6 to 9 and parents/supervisors
• Family session juniors for children aged 10 to 14 and parents/supervisors

If the youngest participant is between 6 and 9 years old, older siblings aged 10 to 14 may also participate in a family session for kids.

Other guests can ride along in the same karts session. If you would like to book an exclusive heat, please send an email to [email protected].

At Powerarea, we drive electric karts, which means there are no emissions and no need for overalls. However, we do advise you to wear long trousers and sturdy, closed footwear is mandatory!

Wearing a helmet is mandatory. You can borrow one at Powerarea. Due to hygiene reasons, wearing a balaclava is mandatory. You may bring this yourself, but it is also available at Powerarea. Using your own integral helmet is also possible.

The use of your own integral helmet is allowed. The helmet should, of course, be in good condition.

Our standard procedure is a minimum break of 20-30 minutes between heats. Experience shows that it is important to have a break between heats. Of course, it is also fun and useful to share experiences and discuss the ideal racing-line for the next heat!

We have a maximum number of 6 people per lane. Powerarea has 6 bowling lanes. It is therefore possible to bowl with large groups at Powerarea.

Bowling is suitable for all ages. Racks and bumpers are available to make bowling easier for children. Please note! Only lightweight bowling balls may be used when using the bumpers.

Yes, at Powerarea you can use (loan) bowling shoes free of charge. Wearing socks is mandatory when using our bowling shoes. The smallest shoe size we offer is size 32. There is an exception for children with smaller shoe sizes. We kindly ask you to wear clean footwear and preferably sneakers in this situation.

The shoe sizes of our bowling shoes range from size 32 to 49. Children with smaller shoe sizes may wear their own footwear. We request the use of clean footwear and preferably sneakers.

The minimum age and height for lasertag is 6 years and 1.20mtr.

Lasertag is an active game. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Wearing sturdy and closed footwear is mandatory for all our sports activities.

As standard, we maintain a break of at least 20 minutes between sessions/activities. Experience shows that it is important to have a break between sessions/activities. Of course, it is also fun and useful to share experiences and discuss new tactics for the next session!

Normally, karaoke takes place in a bar/room where everyone can participate in the karaoke and therefore everyone can watch and listen. A ‘private karaoke room’ is a tastefully decorated room with a separate karaoke unit. You can reserve this room separately for your party. You choose the songs yourself via a karaoke unit and are alone with your party. You can also make use of the VIP drinks service.

A maximum of 8 participants applies per karaoke room. Powerarea has 3 Private Karaoke rooms. Larger groups can therefore be split across several rooms.

Of course! Our staff will drop by regularly to take an order and bring it to you. This way, you can continue singing undisturbed.

In each karaoke room, there is a separate unit where you can pick and start your own songs. This unit is regularly updated with new music. There are approximately 25,000+ songs on the unit for you to choose from.

Prison Area is a cell complex with several cells. Each cell features a game/mission where you try to score as many points as possible, under time pressure. The games range from physical assignments to solving riddles and puzzles.

You decide in advance whether you want 1, 1.5 or 2 hours of playtime. During the playtime, you decide which cells you want to play. You can even play a cell several times.

We recommend playing in teams of 2 to a maximum of 4 people. Should you come with more people, the party can be divided into several teams.

According to Dutch Law and our rules, the minimum age for paintball is 18 years. Our staff may therefore also ask for valid identification.

We apply a maximum number of people of 6 per court. We have 3 dart courts. It is therefore possible to divide larger groups over several courts.

This is not necessary, but is of course allowed. With each dart court, you will receive one set of 6 darts on loan as standard.

Kids birthday parties with lasertag or go-karting can be combined with other groups.

No, unfortunately you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Our kids birthday party packages include cake and unlimited lemonade as standard. In addition, you can expand a birthday party package with chips or snacks. Finally, you can also add fries, snacks, pizza or pancakes to your birthday package.

You are allowed to bring your own cake. However, the cake in the package will then be cancelled and will not be deducted from the price of the package. If you bring your own cake, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance when making your reservation.
